Overview of Full-Body-Licious
Full-Body-Licious is a workout program by Flavia del Monte specially designed for women. This workout is based on a system that Flavia has developed for herself and it is what she used to reduce her own body fat from 18% to 13.5% percent in a short span of 10 weeks. If you take a look at her before and after pictures, you can definitely tell her body has gone through quite a transformation! Full-Body-Licious is split into 5 portions whereby each session last 60 minutes (it may take you longer at first). Who is Flavia Del Monte
Fitness has always been a part of Flavia‘s life since a young age. Being active in sports kept her reasonably healthy and in good shape. When she entered nursing school however, she started developing bad eating habits and stopped making time for sports. Gradually her weight increased and she started getting depressed about her appearance at the age of 24. This prompted her to search for solution and started her journey of losing weight through various fitness and diet programs.
Still, none of the weight loss was ever permanent because she lacked follow through and still was not eating right, though she did not know it at the time. It was till she started studying about nutrition that she discovered the missing puzzle piece. What does the Full-Body-Licous program consist of?
Full-Body-Licious is a 5 DVD set whereby each DVD is a 60 minute session targeting a specific body part while still giving the whole body a good workout. How fast can I see results?
Flavia mentions that most ladies that follow the program start losing anywhere between 1-2% of their body fat every week. This continues for about 3-4 months before they need to change things up. She also recommends that you give the entire program a full 12-16 weeks at least to see the best results.
What equipment will I need?
The good news is that you won’t need fancy gym equipment is you don’t have access to it. If you do then great, but if you don’t, Flavia has included a “home version” that can be printed out so you can do this in the comfort of your home. At minimum, you’ll need to have a set of 3-15 pound dumbbells, a resistance band and a stability ball.
How do I know this will work?
Well, there’s no hundred percent guarantee that this will work for you but back in February, Flavia recruited 95 females of different ages, background and body types to participate in a mini version of Full-Body-Licious. Here are some testimonials from the women who participated in that program:

Are there any downsides? What’s the catch?
After reviewing this product thoroughly, I think the only downside is that it is not available as a physical DVD. There have been numerous requests for this feature, but for now it is only available as a download. While this might be a downer for some, I can see how it helps to reduce the overall cost of the product itself. This isn’t to say that the video isn’t high quality though, the final version is definitely DVD quality.
If you are wanting to get this product but want to be able to watch this on your DVD, then one option would be to convert the videos into the appropriate format and burn it onto a DVD yourself. You can search the Internet on how to do this or get a tech savvy guy to do it for you for a small fee.
Closing Thoughts
Barring the fact that Full-Body-Licious is only available as a digital download for now, I think that this is an excellant program by Flavia del Monte. The workouts are all solidly based on science and you get the sense that Flavia really knows her stuff (which isn’t really surprising considering her background). What I like about this program is that it also comes with nutrition advice which I think a lot of programs don’t include. I think that makes this a complete product because without it, you could be sabotaging your efforts through bad food intake.
If you get this on the first two launch days, Flavia even throws in her personal Diet plan which in itself is probably worth at least as much this course so if you can I highly recommend that you get it if you read this in time. If not, I would still say that this is a solid product and probably one of the only female oriented fitness product I’ve seen which is this complete.
Make no mistake though, hard work is required and based on what I’ve seen of the exercise routines in the DVD, it is enough to make even guys weep in agony! But that’s what it takes to get results so if you’re willing to do what it takes then I’d recommend you buy it.
